I provide bespoke training and team coaching to your organisation, aimed at improving your team’s performance, resilience and work environment. My work is supported by over twenty years of designing and delivering high-level education across a wide range of learning contexts, having taught topics related to psychology and neuroscience to over 2000 learners (and counting).

My sessions combine neuroeducation and coaching. I use the latest research in psychology and neuroscience to explain how individuals and teams think, make decisions, and interact. Using practical coaching tools, I then translate these insights into growth and improved performance.

My session formats are flexible, ranging from bite-sized workshops to full-day training events and multi-session team coaching.
